Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

Account data: your name, email address and optional avatar.

Listing data: the product information you enter or paste, any product images you upload, and the AI output generated from them.

Usage data: the number of optimisations you run each month, plan and subscription status, and basic product analytics events such as sign-up and optimisation completion.

2. How we use it

To provide the service, generate AI optimisations, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions and provide support. We do not sell your data.

3. AI processing

Listing information you submit is sent to our AI provider solely to generate your optimisation result. Do not submit personal data, payment details or confidential information inside listing fields.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database with row-level security so that records are only accessible to the account that created them. Uploaded images are stored in a private bucket scoped to your user folder.

5. Payments

Subscription payments are handled by our payment provider. We never receive or store your full card details; we store only the identifiers needed to link your subscription to your account.

6. Retention and your rights

You can delete individual listings at any time from My Listings. You may request account deletion through Help & Support, and you may request a copy of the data associated with your account.
