Refund Policy

1. Free plan

The Free plan includes 5 diagnoses per month at no cost and requires no payment details, so nothing is charged and nothing needs refunding.

2. Cancelling a paid plan

You can cancel a Starter or Pro subscription at any time from the billing page in your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that.

3. Refund requests

If something has gone wrong — a duplicate charge, a technical failure that prevented you from using your diagnoses, or an accidental renewal you contact us about promptly — email vgakin1@gmail.com and we will review your request.

Because diagnoses are consumed as soon as they are run, we cannot generally refund a billing period in which a substantial part of the monthly allowance has already been used.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor. Timings depend on your bank or card issuer.
